• Understanding the System – a practical introduction to the central booking and administration system.

• Theoretical Foundation – the philosophy behind Reborn Island experience treatments and the brand’s core values.

• Defining and Understanding Target Groups – who our guests are, what they seek, and how to communicate with them.

• Target Group Triggers – the key motivations that influence trust and engagement.

Day 2

• Operational Preparation Step-by-Step – practical guidance for launching your salon, from local marketing setup to guest reception protocols.
